Terms and conditions for Online Payment

“Online payment” service enables you to pay fees, bills, orders or reservations, called hereinafter “Service” through the website of Vista Management www.vistamanagement.net, using credit or debit card. Services are provided by Vista Managenment EOOD.

Vista Management offers to our clients additional payment methods – cash payment at all offices of the company and bank transfer.

“Online payment” service is accessible through Vista Management website only to users, who had been sent an order quote for payment.

“User” is any person, who received from Vista Management an order quote with a link in it to access the Online payment web page;

“Online Payment” option is applicable to credit and debit cards Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro or BORIKA. Payments are processed through virtual POS terminal, integrated in Vista Management system, maintained by the systems of BORIKA and Raiffeisen Bank.

Payment is made in BGN according to BNB fixed rate. Each online payment incurs additional 2.5% Payment processing fee. Payment processing fee is set out in the order quote and included in the total price.

Online payment process

Step 1 – After receiving confirmation of due amount to Vista Management, User opens the order quote to make the online payment.
Step 2 – In the order quote User chooses payment mode, where by pressing PAY a web browser pops up, leading to Vista Management’s website section for online payment.
Step 3 – Number, date and amount for payment are displayed on the order quote. To continue with the payment, it is necessary to enter e-mail address, as well as read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Online Payment. By clicking the button PAY, user confirms move to next step.
Step 4 – User is redirected through encrypted SSL connection to BORIKA’s online payment webpage, and prompted to enter card details, necessary for authorization of the payment – type and number of the card, expiry date and security code.
Important:
Card details, necessary for authorization of online payment should be entered by User ONLY on the online payment webpage of BORIKA, located on BORIKA’s servers. Vista Management has no access and does not collect credit and debit card information.
Step 5 – Upon successful authorization, User shall receive a confirmation email from Vista Management.

Price and terms amendment

Vista Management has the right to change the Terms and Conditions any time, updating the date of publication after the change.

Vista Management has the right to change the pricing any time without prior notification to the users. User pays the price, specified in the order quote received. In case of technical errors in the information published, Vista Management may refuse fulfillment of the order, without owing any compensation to the User, except of reimbursing the amount paid, if any.

Delivery of service

Services would be delivered on the date or within the time period, agreed with the User. In case a change of delivery date is necessary, Vista Management shall inform the User and agree new dates. In the event of impossibility to perform the service, Vista Management shall reimburse in full the amount paid.

Cancelling orders and reimbursement of funds

User has the right to cancel ordered services, as follows:
1. Maintenance/ Management fees; sink fund charges; insurance premiums; repairs performed; electricity and water bills, additional deposits – due to the nature of these services, cancelation shall not apply.
2. Accommodation reservations

For the period 13.07-20.08.:
–       Up to 21 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–       Less than 21 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged;
For the period 11.06-12.07. and 21.08.-31.08.:
–       Up to 14 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–       Less than 14 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged; For the period 10.05-10.06. and after 01.09. :
–      Up to 7 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–      Less than 7 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged;
For long stay (21 or more days):
–       to 30 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–       Less than 30 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged;

Sunny beach complexes


For the period 10.07-22.08.:
–       Up to 21 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–       Less than 21 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged;
For the period 11.06-09.07. and 23.08.-04.09.:
–       Up to 14 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–       Less than 14 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged;
For the period 10.05-10.06. and after 05.09. :
– Up to 7 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–       Less than 7 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged;
For long stay (21 or more days):
–       to 30 days before arrival date – the total amount paid shall be refunded.
–       Less than 30 days before arrival date – the amount of the reservation deposit is charged;

3. Other services – up to 7 working days before performing the service, the total amount paid shall be refunded.
Cancelation of Service must be requested in written, and shall be accepted and confirmed by Vista Management. Payments will be refunded only to the debit/credit card, the initial transaction was performed with.

Indemnity

Vista Management and its suppliers are not liable for any damages including, but not only, damages from lost profits, damages for loss of data or others resulting from the use, inability to use or results of use of the service Online payment.

Personal information

Information, provided by Users is necessary for payment processing purposes only and will be used in accordance with the applicable law in Bulgaria. User provides all the information voluntarily. Vista Management team has no access to the contents of confidential data, exchanged between the bank and the cardholder, while entering card details and processing an online payment on Raiffeisen’s virtual POS terminal. No card information shall be kept on Vista Management website, only transaction history. Vista Management does not collect or process User’s personal or card information.

Applicable Law

This website is located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For any relations, unsettled by the present Terms and conditions, are applicable the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the relevant EU directives. If by any reason any of the terms of the present Terms and Conditions becomes invalid under the applicable law, it would be considered as such, without prejudice to the validity of the remaining provisions of the document.
User assumes full responsibility for the protection of their personal data and their credit or debit card details. By ticking the box “I agree with the terms” client declares that he is familiar with these Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
