At Vista Management , we take full responsibility for building maintenance, inside and out, including repairs, cleaning, managing violations and updating permits. Our experts hire and supervise all building-related employees and staff, processing all related paperwork and procedural matters. We maintain cost-effective contracts with supplier companies including electric, oil, water treatment, burner/boiler, exterminator and telephone.
We also undertake to provide all-year-around management of completed vacation apartment buildings with an issued Certificate for Use. We analyze the resort and develop a strategy for most efficient functioning, including maintenance of open (pools, alleys, gardens, parking lot, outdoor facilities, etc.) and closed areas (lobby, hallways, administrative part, business center, spa and fitness areas, indoor pools, restaurants and cafes, shops, etc), organizing of services, recruiting and training of a team for each complex (incl. hiring of seasonal workers), contracting and coordinating of suppliers, launching of rental program, as well as letting of the commercial areas (if so agreed).
